👉 And what started as a Facebook group has grown into a supportive, organised online community where people trying to conceive can find connection, information and support - without having to pay for it 🤩

Inside our community you’ll find:

And feel free to interchange Baby Shower with - Birthday- Wedding- Christmas Party- Wedding Anniversary- Kids party- whatever you need- because sometimes you just don’t want to go and that’s ok.

Social occasions, the questions, the kids, the pregnant people can be hard when you’re going through such a difficult time.

Putting your needs first and making your emotional health a priority is ok- it doesn’t make you a bad friend, family member- it makes you a human - going through a hard time- looking after yourself.

I love reading these posts so I’d thought I’d have a go myself- on a personal note I’ve realised it’s a good chance to stop and look at back at what’s happened- because this month has been busy and it would be easy to move onto to the next without a moment to look at what just happened! 💨 and quite a lot happened ✨

1- my first hen do in many many years celebrating my soon to be sister in law Iona✨ 🥳 and rediscovering kareoke - here I am butchering Madonna - like a prayer🥴

2- Best Fertility Podcast award & three days of learning IRHEC 🏆 I’m so excited in this picture I didn’t quite know what to do with myself 🤪

3- New clinic and first clinic to open outside London and obviously massively underestimated the work it would involve and the sleepless nights it’s caused! But we’re open and some lovely people have already come for fertility acupuncture 💛

4. A much much needed holiday and 7 days of sunshine in my favourite place with my some of my favourite humans 😎
