After an extended break, I am back and I thought I would start by sharing this beautiful Hawaiian mantra.

The photo was taken by my brother in law when he visited Hawaii and it is a coconut tree growing out from the lava fields which I also thought was fitting for this prayer.

ST 44, a Ying Spring point, is highly effective for clearing heat within the body. As a distal point, it specifically targets excess heat and fire in the upper part of the Stomach channel.
