Last night was the first night of the national fireworks champions
held every year in Plymouth hosted over 2 nights. Beautiful display held right on the waterfront attended by thousands of people.
Second night tonight .

I have a new customer who was born non verbal and deaf I was assigned her and was all coordinated with her longtime friend who told me all about her, she told me that she communicates by written what she wants to say in bits of paper, so I wanted to make it easier for her to communicate with me and ordered some A4 portable whiteboards with pens that run off making it easier and quicker for her to tell me things, I took them to our first visit which her friend attended, she was over the moon with them.
On our next trip we went shopping and the boards came with us and it was a success.
I’ve looked at symbol cards but they are all aimed at children.
Anyone have experience with customers who are in the same situation any ideas greatly welcome!
Today we will be going to a garden centre with our trusty whiteboards .
