Health Now are recruiting Community Care Workers to join our dedicated team providing high-quality care and support across North East Lincolnshire.
We’re looking for staff to help us deliver flexible, person-centred support to individuals in their own homes and communities.

• Support individuals with daily living, personal care, and social activities
• Encourage independence and wellbeing
• Provide compassionate and professional care tailored to each person’s needs
• Work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and other professionals

• A caring, reliable, and positive attitude
• Good communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
• Experience in care or support work (preferred but not essential – full training provided)
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
