Studio Adorio, Systemic Family Constellations London

Studio Adorio, Systemic Family Constellations London Founded by Kate Goodzenko Studio Adorio offers Systemic Family Constellations and Universal Therapy in West London and Online Hi, I'm Kateryna. My mission?

From an early age, I was interested in psychology, reading books by Sigmund Freud, Carl Jung, Eric Berne, and other more modern authors. Although I initially chose to study Management at Kharkiv Aviation University (Ukraine), later on, I felt I wanted to get a second higher education in counselling. I have 10 years of personal therapy and have participated in therapeutic groups for 5 years (over 1

000 hours) under the guidance of top specialists from the Institute of Family Psychology in Kharkiv and counsellors in London. Now I am a Counsellor, Level 3. I specialise in Systemic Constellations because of their precision and pace. After years in the field, I saw that traditional ‘talk therapy’ often circles the issue for years. I saw my colleagues and clients experience more movement in one session than in months of standard coaching. I choose this method for its fast, effective, and surgical results. Today, based in the heart of West London, I facilitate Family Systemic Constellations on a new level: more accessible, quicker, lighter in form, and often surprisingly effective. I also lead group constellation sessions in London. Group work creates a powerful shared field that allows deeper insight and often produces faster, stronger results. In short, individual sessions are more intimate, calm, and safe. Group sessions are more dynamic, efficient, and supported by collective energy. I am particularly interested in conducting group systemic constellations, which help to solve many problems very quickly and effectively, such as lack of money, inability to build long-term relationships or health problems. To help people reconnect with themselves, feel more love and be loved, and live with greater clarity, balance, and vitality.

Your Therapist Wants You in Weekly Subscription. I Want You Gone
… and never come back with the same issue.

Let’s have an honest chat about the therapy industry. It’s brilliant: a magnificent business model designed to keep you paying a weekly subscription to sit on a grey sofa and cry about your childhood trauma. If you enjoy paying someone to nod slowly while you stroke your emotional wounds, you are not my client.

But if you actually want to fix the bloody mess your relationships, health, or bank account are currently in, we need to dissect your situation, understand the systemic loops behind it, and get to work.

The good news? Because it’s a loop, we can break it. Fast.
I specialise in extracting the exhausting emotional noise from your life’s problems. We take the high drama out of the equation so we can actually see the mechanics of what is holding you back. Most therapists want to build a comfortable house inside your trauma. I want to clear it out with a pressure washer so you can move on with your life.

My track record makes traditional practitioners deeply uncomfortable:
85% of my clients walk out with their issues completely sorted in just one session.
10% need a second session.
5% take a bit longer. My absolute lifetime maximum is five sessions. If we haven't fixed it by then, you don't need a therapist; you need an exorcist or a better lawyer.

How? Because I don't run an ordinary Family Constellations session. Standard Family Constellations can be a bit of a grim, drawn-out sob fest. Instead, I use an advanced, highly customised modern Family Constellations approach . Think of it as a lethal cocktail of classic Constellations injected with Gestalt, body therapy, quantum psychology, Theta healing, and… humour.

It is fast, it is precise, and it is actually quite fun. If you are terrified of letting go of the drama that gives you a personality, look elsewhere. If you want your life back, come to me.
We actively re-wire the Field in real-time. It’s light and exceptionally quick.

Stop paying for sympathy and start paying for results.

A case study. Some people come into my practice wanting to fix their physical symptoms, completely unaware that their bodies are hosting some hidden history. Today, we worked on a client's failing vision.

When we set up the constellation, the field bypassed the current family tree entirely and went into a past life. In that lifetime, my client was a woman who thought she could outsmart the universe. She didn't want to die, so she tried to orchestrate her own resurrection to escape the inevitable. She wanted to escape death at all costs. Spoiler alert: she failed. Obviously.

The field quickly showed us the real tragedy of that arrogance. We view Death as the grim reaper coming to ruin our weekend plans. In reality, Death is just a highly stressed celestial bureaucrat trying to do her job properly. Her biggest anxiety? Missing someone.
And she has every right to be stressed. When this woman tried to cheat the system, she didn't win an extension on life. She just broke the logistics. Her soul got left behind, completely lost in limbo.

The truth is, God created the universe with immense wisdom. He created an extraordinarily accurate flawless worker – Death. It is simply the caretaker assigned to carefully help and lead us to the next page of our chapter, opening the door to an entirely new, existing story.

When we become arrogant or fearful enough to try and change these natural rules, we pay a terrible price. We condemn our soul to immense suffering, leaving it to cry in the deep darkness when it loses its way.

Our collective fear of death isn’t just unhealthy; it’s logically flawed. You shouldn't be afraid of the end. You should be terrified of being left behind. You should be praying that when your time comes, the cosmic clearing agent is sober, focused, and punctual enough to tick your name off the list. When Death shows up, you don't make her job any harder than it already is. Die on time. It’s the polite thing to do.

Let’s talk about that modern badge of honor: BURNOUT. You’re sitting at your desk at 10 PM, staring at a spreadsheet that makes absolutely no sense, your eyes bleeding from blue light, and your heart vibrating at the frequency of a cheap espresso machine. You think it’s because your manager is a micromanaging parasite or because the quarterly deliverables are unrealistic. Sure, that’s the surface scum. But the real probable reason you’re disintegrating? It’s not your job. It’s your lineage.

Welcome to the wonderful world of generational trauma. Your great-grandmother survived a famine, your grandfather worked himself into an early grave in a factory, and your parents lived in a permanent state of survival mode, treating rest like a punishable crime. Guess what they passed down to you along with those mediocre genetics? A nervous system permanently wired for crisis.

Your burnout isn't a productivity problem. It's a survival strategy inherited from people who had no choice but to keep going. The crisis ended generations ago. Your nervous system never got the memo.

And here is the funniest part: you think you can "self-care" your way out of this. You bought a £20 candle, downloaded a mindfulness app, and took a weekend trip to Lisbon. How’s that working out for you? Spoiler: it isn’t doing much. You cannot fix a systemic, multi-generational neurological glitch with a green smoothie and a bubble bath.

Left to your own devices, you have exactly one trajectory. You will look at your crumbling mental state, decide you’re just "not trying hard enough," and double down. You’ll sign up for another productivity seminar, drink more caffeine, and push yourself harder. You will try, and try, and try, running on the fumes of ancient, inherited panic, until your battery hits absolute zero. And then? You die exhausted, leaving behind a pristine LinkedIn profile and a corporate seat that will be filled before your obituary is printed.

You can’t think your way out of a trap you didn't build. If you want to stop carrying the weight of three dead generations into your Monday morning meetings, Systemic Family Constellations can help unpack this baggage and bring you relief. Come to me. Let’s look at the dead people running your career before they finish the job.

Why am I short of money?
Let’s talk about why you’re broke. No, it’s not inflation, and it’s not because you buy too many lattes. It’s because you are secretly terrified that if you get rich, Jesus will personally kick you out of the VIP lounge in the afterlife.

We live in a culture deeply infected by the idea that poverty equals purity. For two thousand years, Western civilization has been hammering the same narrative into our subconscious: money is the root of all evil, it’s dirty, it’s literally from the Devil. The classic image of the wealthy person is always some soulless villain, while the saint is always shivering in rags, eating a single turnip, and looking desperately holy.

Subconsciously, your brain has wired a direct connection between a fat bank account and eternal damnation. Every time you try to make real money, a little voice inside you screams, "Stop! We are good people! We are above this filthy materialism!" You literally repel cash because you don’t want to be "one of them." You pride yourself on being spiritually superior, surviving on "vibes" and "intellectual depth," while your landlord—who clearly isn't worried about the Devil—collects your rent every month.

It’s a brilliant coping mechanism. "I’m not poor because I lack leverage or marketable skills; I’m poor because I have high moral standards." Beautiful. Except the grocery store doesn't accept moral superiority as currency.

How do we do that? We use family constellations to find the root of the infection. Often, it’s not even your fear—it’s a hand-me-down from your parents or ancestors who associated wealth with danger, guilt, or sin. Constellation work acts like a system reboot, exposing the hidden loyalty to family poverty and allowing you to step out of the cycle.

Once that subconscious connection to the "evil one" is severed, your relationship with the Universe completely shifts. You stop viewing abundance as a temptation and start viewing it as your natural state. The Universe doesn't operate on a scarcity mindset, and it certainly doesn't think a high income makes you bad. It’s waiting for you to drop the holy act and claim what’s yours. A new level of income isn't a spiritual risk—it’s just the natural result of finally clearing the psychic garbage out of your wallet.

Psychotherapy Subscription vs. Systemic Constellations

Imagine packing a suitcase for a long journey, but half the items inside aren’t yours. They belong to your parents, your grandparents, and an uncle you’ve never met. Yet, you’re the one dragging this oversized bag through every airport, wondering why your shoulders hurt and why you keep missing your connections.

For decades, you’ve been told that the only way to lighten the load is to sit down, open the case, and talk about each item for an hour a week. You analyse the fabric, trace the embroidery of your trauma, and name your triggers. That’s classic psychodynamics and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). It’s deep and comforting, but sometimes it feels like you’re just rearranging the heavy cargo inside without ever actually putting it down.
If talking about a problem could solve it, you would have solved yours a long time ago.

Systemic Family Constellations work differently. It’s not an endless discussion about the suitcase. It’s a direct, three-dimensional look at who put those things in there in the first place, and a gentle process for handing them back.

Traditional talking therapy treats you as an isolated island, assuming every emotional block you face was created solely within your own lifespan. Systemic Family Constellations shatter this narrow view, delivering rapid, profound shifts where verbal therapy often plateaus:

- Healing the source, not the symptom. Traditional therapy treats chronic anxiety or relationship blocks as personal flaws to be managed with coping mechanisms. A constellation views them as echoes of an unresolved family story. You cannot fix a dry riverbed at your feet if the water is blocked miles upstream by an unacknowledged family tragedy. We clear the block at the source.

- Visualisation of the situation. Using representatives, you suddenly see the literal reality of your issue, like realising you are standing with your back to your own life, looking at your parents’ past. This instant somatic shift creates a cellular understanding that years of talking cannot replicate.

- Focused on resolution, not explanation. It is easy for therapy to become an intellectual loop — a place to vent without moving forward. Systemic Constellations are inherently resolution-oriented. The entire focus is to restore the natural flow of support, acknowledge what was, and close Gestalt.

It is fast, deeply respectful, and designed for anyone ready to stop analysing their blocks and finally start living their life.

Just finished a course “Universal Therapy” I've been waiting for six months!
Now I can help people solve their problems playfully.
Before I used Family Systemic Constellations, now —
Universal therapy. It's more advanced method of Systemic sonstellations that helps to achieve the goal much faster and with more fun.
Universal Therapy combines constellations with loads of other psychological methods. The principle is simple: find the root of the problem, which lies in truth. Seeing the truth alone can be healing. We work like detectives to find where the problem really comes from, then we sort it.
Quick, powerful, and so much faster than traditional therapy. That's why I love it.
Intrigued? Just contact me and try it!
