I am a fully qualified Psychotherapist/Counsellor with an Hons Degree in Psychology and work as an integrative therapist. This allows, the unique individuals that we are, to experience customised therapy, created especially to meet each need. This creates a feeling of space in ones life and with that come the ability to be the best version of yourself one can be. 'facilitators of integration helps

I work with both couples and individuals. I have also have a lot of experience working with young people, there is a huge need for those transitioning to university, a very big change. My aim is to give clients the tools, so they may continue in their growth after therapy has finished. I offer a responsive and warm environment, were one will not be judged but experience time just for themselves and be reflective. I am also registered as a coach, working with individuals and couple too. I have gained my experience thorough 12 years of working with local community services, working with vulnerable young people in Barnet. Along side this I have run my own private practice for 15 years. I began my training to become a fully qualified counsellor in 1995 starting with a Honors Degree in Psychology. I then went on to study integrative Psychotherapy at the prestigious Metanoia school, completing four years. I then concluded with my full qualification in Counseling in 2004. I am a full member of the BACP. My considerable experience includes working with couples, individuals and young people, with relationship problems, stress, anger, depression, anxiety, drug abuse, issues with sexuality, self-harm, low-self esteem, negative thoughts, weight issues, self image, phobias and so on.
