Eight years ago, in September 2018, I began my journey in medical aesthetics.
What started as Sarah Taylor Aesthetics London has grown and evolved alongside me — through eight years of clinical experience, continued education and professional development, and most importantly, the incredible trust and support of my patients.
Now, eight years on, it feels like exactly the right time for the business to enter its next chapter.

NIA — Nurse In Aesthetics.
A name and identity that feel much more reflective of the practitioner I am today and the direction in which I want to grow my business.
Behind the new name remains the same nurse, the same practitioner and the same commitment to safe, considered and natural-looking results.
Throughout those eight years, I have continued to invest in my knowledge and clinical practice, most recently through Level 7 study in Independent Prescribing. Reaching this next stage professionally, alongside celebrating eight years in aesthetics, felt like the perfect time for my brand to evolve too.
Nia isn’t a new business. It’s the next chapter of the one I’ve spent eight years building. 🤍
And there is so much more to come, including a brand-new Nia website launching soon.
To every patient who has trusted me, returned over the years, recommended me or supported my business — thank you. I genuinely wouldn’t be here without you.
