How can we lose our ego? We have to become servants. Only a servant can do something without ego. Only a servant can serve well. A servant has learnt to master his ego. It is likewise in spirituality; the first thing we need to do is to become a servant. The more our ego diminishes, the further we can advance, step by step, in spirituality. Better not become a boss straight away, because if we get used to being the boss without practicing selfrestraint, we become egotistical and authoritarian. Then it’s difficult for us to be humble. Let’s become a boss in the end once we have learnt to control our ego. Then we will be a good boss. As servants we can think in a creative, positive and active way. We can turn small things into big things. Remember, major civilizations emerged because they were built through service. Without service the world would be full of greedy people. BioEnergy makes all of us whittle down our ego step by step. Shaking points us towards our Soul. It has no side effects. The vibration we practice is a natural vibration, very much needed by the body. "Light and Compass 💫🕯️🧭💫 Positive thinking is essential if we want to purify our inner Self. With positive thinking good tidings will start to cleanse our mind. With a purified mind we reach a feeling of freedom. Once we experience freedom we can say that we really know our true Self.
When we have finally found our true Self, our happiness can
never stop because happiness is our true nature. We don’t find
happiness because we have forgotten who we are. So we need
Energy to take us across the darkness, called avidya [ignorance].
In this wide, wild, dark forest, we need Light and a compass to
guide us in the right direction, so that we can avoid the pitfalls
and cut through the terrifying jungle of life. Spiritual people

Ratu Always Brings Happiness 🥳😄🙏Ratu wants to bring happiness to every person on the face of this earth. Ratu never had a teacher in the physical world, he learned from nature. This is a real blessing for us because it makes it easier for us to study with Ratu. Ratu is a go-between for us.
Ratu wants to offer to mankind whatever he received from nature. He wants to do good for all of us, he only wishes to plant the seed of happiness in us. Perhaps this seed of happiness will not yet bear fruit in our lifetime and cannot be enjoyed yet. But it is certain that our children and grandchildren will enjoy the benefits because the tree is ready to bear fruit. Ratu doesn’t distinguish between male, female, big, small, old or new – everyone is the same for him.
We cannot define the God we worship as either male or female. Through Shaking, however, we can enjoy God’s paradise and come closer to knowing Him well. When this paradise comes down to us during Shaking, it creates anti-bodies in our physical body. This is what we are really doing in our religious practice. Religion, which teaches us about the divine realms, turns into spirituality - the real experience of the Divine - when it is activated within us. This is the truth. Ratu always talks about this truth. With constant repetition, more and more people in Ratu’s circle have become accustomed to this truth. Through Ratu, God teaches us about a better life. Ratu thinks about his students from morning to morning – 24 hours a day. All the nitty-gritty complications of our lives keep crossing his mind.
That is the reason why Ratu is always there for us, so that none of us need to feel sad. He will always make us happy – except if we switch into another mindset; then we cannot catch the wave. If our mindset is positive, we can get onto the wave. Ratu’s mind is always positive. With this positive mind we can reach happiness. If we are happy, every day feels like a new day. Another reason is that we are constantly turning on our internal Energy. Becoming Sensitive 🌟 Ratu wants to emphasize the importance of sensitivity. If people aren’t sensitive they cannot feel anything when Ratu touches them. Ratu’s powerful Energy can only be felt by sensitive people. Let’s therefore develop this feeling. It is the doorway to spirituality. The Ashram people who have been studying with Ratu for a long time and have developed their sensitivity should help those who cannot yet feel Ratu’s Energy. Let’s show them the way to understand Ratu’s Energy more easily. While we continue to refine our own training, let’s not neglect to help others to feel Ratu’s Energy. Helping others also is a kind of sadhana [practice] that can speed up our own progress towards a higher goal. Helping others is a bit like the work of a bee in search of nectar from the flowers. Thanks to the bees the flowers can grow fruit. At the same time the bees can have their honey. Helping others along the spiritual path is a win-win situation for all concerned. "Let’s work hard to create a happy society. As for the students, don’t just wait for Ratu to tell you what to do. Let’s all contribute a maximum share of the work so that we can reach this goal. This kind of service makes us authentic. Service makes us accumulate positive Energy within; we get to know more easily what is really inside us. In principle we are already sacred but because we are blinded by ignorance we often get caught up in false assumptions. We need regular shaking to cleanse ourselves and avoid being cloaked in darkness.
We have a difficult mission at the Ashram. But our enthusiasm never wanes.
Let the Energy fill us with dedication. Let’s try to apply the teachings of the sacred teachers such as MahaRsi, Krishna, Buddha, Jesus, Mohammed and others. Let’s work to change for the better. "Ratu is Just a Friend ✨️💞✨️ Ratu always teaches and by doing so, is taught by his Self. We will find our Soul within us. If we look into a mirror, it’s not the mirror that benefits from it, but us. We can see if our face looks good or not. Likewise, with the magic mirror of our Soul, we will see the ‘dirt’ that’s inside us. The lessons of our inner teacher are difficult to learn. There are very many pitfalls. We have to watch out for what’s buried deep within us. But that is our true teacher. Everyone’s energy is different. Energy has no form. Energy exists latently in the universe. It cannot be reduced, nor can it be increased. What we need to do is to awaken it within us. Ratu is just like a friend, waking up this creative Energy. Everyone has a different way of expressing Energy, which is why we each have different shaking movements. It is the same with the Mantra. The Mantra also adjusts itself to the latent condition of every person. So, Ratu is just a friend.
If anyone coming to the Ashram is filled with doubt, he cannot get anything. However, this attitude will change. Perhaps we may feel doubtful at first, but once we get perplexed by the many things we witness, our resistance wakes up. There is a conflict between believing and not believing. Then we start to feel the Energy. Sooner or later we feel that this Energy is vibrating the natural world. Then we become convinced. “Become Original 🌼 Bio-Energy can actually be felt by anyone, except by those who don’t want to feel it. If we can support our Soul, then the Soul in turn will take much responsibility for us. Ratu is a mirror for us so we can look at ourselves. With this mirror we can see our true Self. If we can let Ratu be our mirror we will understand who Ratu is. And if we understand Ratu, we can laugh. Laughing means being happy. Ratu can usually clear any problem, but because our blocks are too strong they often inhibit optimal success. If we have a problem, let’s remember Ratu; if we have no problems we may or may not think of Ratu. But we have to remember one thing – if we are stupid, then whatever Ratu teaches may appear stupid. But if we are clever, all of Ratu’s lessons are very sublime. This means our mind cannot yet grasp the natural way of things. The mind doesn’t like spirituality. Let’s open our heart to understand Ratu’s teachings easily. If we open our heart, Ratu can work with us optimally, but if we stay in our mind he cannot do anything. Ratu wants to do his best to make us genuinely happy, not just happy in the material sense. Our Soul will put an end to all our problems. What is authentic will last forever. Ratu’s Obstacles and Difficult Tasks. 🙏🏽
"We are all children of God. The most special of Ratu’s children are those with an empty mind. The most learned people are furthest from God’s Eye, because they have too many things to think about. We cannot get close to God with theories. Only pure innocence can open the door to God’s heart. Those who can completely let go of their mind and surrender themselves fully at the feet of God will become special children. If we have such a special character we will also be given maximum returns.
On the physical level Ratu seems to be doing nothing, but in the extraordinary realm Ratu works extremely hard. He does his work outside of plain view. Ratu says that we cannot see essence with normal eyes. Why? Because our mind blocks us. Essence requires Soul. The Soul will understand. If we look for the spiritual domain with the rational mind we will never find it. Reason takes us away from feeling. But if we believe that our feelings can guide us, we will learn through experience. Western people come from far away to the Ashram to understand this nomind process. They seem to be crazy, they laugh and they cry. Until now they have not known this empty space; it remains a mysterious place difficult to perceive with the rational mind until the moment we open its door." Pearls of Wisdom pp. 26-27
