Pranayama sounds intimidating. It doesn't need to be.

The breathing practices described in traditional texts were built by and for ascetics, whose goal was self-liberation, not getting through a Tuesday in 2026. Richard Rosen adapts these ancient techniques, respecting the tradition while making them genuinely useful for how we actually live.

This online workshop moves through preparatory exercises, a shavasana mini-session where you meet your Witness, and basic pranayama breaths and techniques, first reclining, then seated. What you do with it afterwards is up to you. Richard calls that the true yoga practice: everyday life.

Richard began practising in 1980, trained at the San Francisco BKS Iyengar Yoga Institute, and co-founded a school with Rodney Yee in Oakland. He has written six books on yoga, including two on pranayama.

Please have your props ready: at minimum three blankets, two blocks and a belt, plus a bolster if you have one. Some experience with asana or meditation is recommended but not required.

Sunday 6th September | 5.00pm – 7.00pm UK time | £50

Emily has been teaching since 2014, trained across Ashtanga Vinyasa, Rocket Yoga, Mandala and Yin. She brings a creative, sequenced approach to every class she teaches.

Strength is built here.

On the mat, on the reformer, in the equipment studio. Class by class, week by week. In the moments it feels hard and you stay anyway.

Your core gets stronger. Your posture changes. Your body starts to feel like something you trust, not something you manage.

Then something else shifts. The way you carry yourself. The way you handle a difficult week. A quiet confidence that comes from showing up for yourself, consistently, over time.

That is what HOME is for.

Come and build something.

Some people come to yoga looking for something. Zeyneb Uras found everything she needed in the moment she nearly lost it all.

A near-fatal car accident shattered her memory, her body, her practice and her sense of who she was. What she found in the aftermath was something she hadn't expected. Infinite love. Pure light. A life purpose that became unmistakably clear.

She has been teaching from that place ever since.

This September, Zeyneb brings an evening to HOME of heart-opening asana, breathwork and meditation, followed by a short sharing of her story and time for questions. The practice is designed to help you release what no longer serves you and open to what is possible.

Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter.

The more you understand about birth, the less you need to fear it.

Lolly Stirk has spent 45 years dedicated to pregnancy, labour and birth. She is a mother, birth doula, certified hypnobirther and birth activist whose work uniquely blends childbirth education, hypnobirthing and specialised yoga, underpinned by a deep understanding of physiological birth. Her campaigning and training of Pregnancy Yoga teachers has played a significant role in advancing birth education globally.

This weekend workshop is for women and their birthing partners. Over two afternoons you will gain a real understanding of how your body works during labour, how to work with it rather than against it, and how to give birth with confidence, movement and calm.

Practical, honest and genuinely confidence-building. The kind of preparation that stays with you.

Two dates available:
Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th September
Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th November

1.30pm – 4.30pm each day | £200 per couple
