*DO YOU WAKE UP IN PAIN?*
Nobody wants their sleep disrupted. A lot of patients ask me how they could improve their sleeping positions/ postures to reduce waking up feeling achey and sore. It is quite simple if you know how. You can simply use pillows or rolled up towels to support the spine whilst you sleep, keeping the spine in a neutral position and reducing strain on joints and muscles contracting/ guarding whilst you rest which commonly results in achey fatigued muscles on waking up.
