Our Huts are built in our workshop in the UK and Spain to the highest standard by our small team of skilled craftsmen using locally sourced materials right down to the traditional iron wheels and chassis from our local blacksmith! I swear because women are meant to taste sweet
and I taste of spice
I swear because women are meant to be nice
and with my words I wish to start a fight with all that must be broken open so we may be free!

I thrive for the cage you created for me
is not the box I live in
I build my own box, and I will continue to build my own box even more colourful than before
I won't do that commute to a desk with a job that is killing a spirit I do not know is a spirit for I am so disconnected from my self I feel lost
my box doesn't have the pension I won't ever spend because I'm miserable with my existence and this will manifest as pain and kill me before I begin to live!
My box is contrast, it’s questions, its colours and bright lights and energy and it’s not even a box!
Matrix shot can do one too!

I swear because the madness of people living in a world that contains everything but the joy they seek is so far removed from their true selves they hardly realise.
I refuse to contain my voice while i live
and when I swear

your ears stretch wide
for the world you live in is built by egos fixed on materialistic gain
Has anyone bloody learnt anything?
I swear for I wish to break the chains from the throats of those who are afraid to speak
to disrupt
I wish to question everything in life that is parched dry of the authenticity of your soul
I wish to shake you into all that you are so you may leave all that you pretend to be
I swear because we don't listen anymore
because good, fine, okay - really? Those words have been so overused and ultimately mean absolutely nothing!

aren't even emotions and I want to hear your soul cry

I swear because our world still needs to be shouted at to listen sometimes
not all

I cuss because I like the way the energy in a room that tenses as the words fall from my ftongue
I swear to get a rise from the parts of you that you do not know are sleeping.

The universe is meticulous clockmaker. So precise in its divine timing if your eyes are open!

Everything on earth happens in its own 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚. Neither a minute late nor a minute early.

✨I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate and than by taking part in this legendary guys online practice.
I was really hoping I’d find a class specifically run by Stewart to start off the next chapter of 2020, so I’m super happy I’ve found this!

I may not be able to run anymore but I can keep working on my core and spiritual
practice and never say never!

Mindset is such a huge part of this healing practice and this is exactly what I need.

Summer Solstice
International Yoga Day
Midsommar

All coincide this Sunday and, because the Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year, we’ll have extra daylight to celebrate!

So I’ll be doing my best to be saluting the sun tomorrow and starting the next 6 months as I mean to go on!

Sit comfortably with your spine straight.
Close your eyes and imagine that you’re in a beautiful place in nature. 🍃
Breathe in the fresh air and inhale all the soothing aromas.
Listen out for all the sounds here. Allow yourself to be lulled by their delicious vibrations.
As you settle down and feel ready, physically lift your head up and imagine that you’re looking up to the sky (maybe it’s clear blue or maybe it’s the night sky with sparkling stars). Lift your arms up slowly and as you remain in this position, call upon your higher-self and welcome their essence inside of you.
Connect to the wisdom and profound intuition the higher self brings along. Take your time...maybe you start feeling a little tingling in your 3rd eye or any other body sensations. Take it all in.
Then physically bring your arms down and put your hands on your heart.
Bring your head back to centre and very slowly turn it to your left.
Take a deep breath and call upon your authentic emotions.
Release anything that’s not yours and allow your heart to show you your truest feelings.
Take your time here and notice what arises. As you release, feel your heart beginning to expand.
Allow yourself to open and call in waves of unconditional, universal love.
When ready, move your hands down to your belly and slowly turn your head to the right. Breathe out and release any accumulated stress.
Feel your belly relax and expand.
Call upon your authentic power.
If you’ve picked up anyone’s fears or limitations, release them on voiced breaths and continue to invite back your strength.
Then slowly bring the head back to centre and gently tilt it down. Start connecting with the grounding energy of mama Earth. As you sigh out, release any feelings of guilt or shame. Forgive yourself and send that energy down into the ground- the Earth will absorb and transform it into something positive.
Begin calling upon your ancestors. Invite in all their skills, talents and insights that can serve your right now. Feel their protection and care.

Our amazing bodies are capable of creating the most beautiful manifestations of music in physical form, and transport us to experiences outside time & space. The energy and joy of moving to music or rhythm has been at the core of rituals in all cultures of all time.
It has been created with love & deep intention using lava stone beads from Bali, with beautiful details from reclaimed brass and resin.
