Lavender Healing Reiki Master and Yoga Teacher My name is Esther McAuliffe.

I have been on a healing journey since I was a teenager, developing holistic knowledge and skills to support my mental, physical and spiritual health. I have worked with children with mental health challenges along with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities for a number of years and I am particularly passionate about giving children the tools to regulate their emotions and help to develop skills to deal with the ever changing challenges of society. I have am a qualified Reiki Master and Yoga Teacher, offering 1:1 Reiki Healings and Yoga & Meditation Therapy Classes in the comfort of your own home or mine.

worked so hard on this account & Lavender Healing over the past year 🙏🏼 loved what I have built so far and met so many wonderful clients & even friends 🩵
it is sad for me to take a break but i want to be at my best for my clients. holding space & facilitating healing is an honour but also requires myself to be in good place; mind, body & soul.
thank you for all the support & hopefully i won’t be gone too long but it is not really known how long the TSW process takes! 😬 At least I have many tools & practises to help me along the road ahead.

sooooo much I want to say about the power of meditation but just wanted to raise awareness about this big misconception!
our brains are so active & society has created an environment where our minds & bodies don’t stop. when you first start practising meditation, it is likely you will experience a lot of mental noise & it may feel super uncomfortable (which is okay), that DOES NOT mean you are doing something wrong or are incapable of it!
meditation is a practise and with all practices, the more you do, the easier it becomes.
there are so many different types of meditation (which I will talk more about in part 2)

human being to human being:
it DOES and WILL ABSOLUTELY get better

after going through possibly the most emotionally draining, soul destroying & challenging 7 months of my life to date from November to May. i can finally see why it all happened & not only can i see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am the light at the end of the tunnel 🌅
if i can share any lessons ive learnt:
-if something that you want is repeatedly making you feel like s**t, it is either an opportunity for healing or its redirection to something better 🗺️
-divine timing is SO real
-the only way out is through (that’s where healing practises like reiki really help 🙏🏼)
-keep going, keep going & KEEP fu***ng GOING
-how people treat you is not a reflection of you, it is a reflection of them & their emotional state 🙂‍↔️
-loss & letting go creates space for something better 🌳
it’s tough outchea at times, but seeing the magic & the beauty in the small things will always carry you through.
like nature, we too have seasons & cycles & like they say; flowers don’t bloom all year round, but they are still growing!

a little cutting cord ritual i did for the full moon just gone🌕🪻✨
normally you cut cords between yourself & another person but this one is for me & my old self 🙏
a LOT of people are moving through absolutely massive transitions at the moment, as the collective shifts in to a higher timeline 🦋
🕯️🕯️🕯️the black candle symbolises the old self & the purple candle surrounded by the different herbs (lavender ofc :p) symbolises the new/ highest self . the salt 🧂 in the middle is for purification & protection.
as the candles burn down the string is burnt and the cord is energetically cut. ✂️
this is possible in an energetic sense ✨but sometimes having a material version that the brain can conceptualise more helps the process. ⚛️

an ancient chinese philosophical concept exploring the interconnectedness between all things. ♾️
the yin & yang symbolise the duality of life and even tho there is light&dark, there is a
bit of light in dark & a bit of dark in the light. 🌚🌝
yin represents: stillness, darkness, feminine
yang represents: active, brightness, masculine
despite the 2 sides of the coin we are all one ☯️♾️💜
