🐢 Recovery shouldn’t move at glacial speed.So if you want your injuries to heal as quickly as possible, avoid icing them. Freezing your tissues actually delays healing. That’s right—what you thought was helping might be putting you on the injury bench even longer.

Rehab doesn't have to be boring, but it does have to be part of your life!

Staying out of pain requires a few simple exercises that will improve your posture and change the way your body moves.

It should take 5 minutes max (preferably 2-3 minutes) per day.

If you have an A4 sheet of paper from your chiro/osteo/physio with 20 different exercises on it. We suggest you consider distilling it down to the 2-3 key corrective movements and get on with your life.
