ACT Skills for OCD 10-Week Recovery Group Course. Bookings are now open for the next course, which starts on:
Thursday 15th October 2026.

Sessions will take place every Thursday evening at 7pm UK time for 10 weeks.

The course is led by our co-director, Jonny Say, and is delivered as a structured group course rather than group therapy.

The total cost for the 10-week group course is £600 (£60 per session) for UK clients. For clients based outside the UK, the cost is £500. This difference is due to VAT, as the centre is VAT registered.

Payment can be spread across the 10 weeks on an interest-free basis if preferred. Discounts are available for anyone facing financial difficulties.

We are pleased to announce our new 8-week course: Cultivating Compassion in OCD Recovery

Fear, shame and self-criticism can make OCD recovery feel even harder. This structured group course is for adults (18+) who'd like to develop a kinder, more compassionate relationship with themselves, and to connect with others on the same journey.

Drawing on Compassion Focused Therapy, you'll learn how our emotional systems for threat and soothing affect how we treat ourselves, and practise skills for working with self-criticism and building self-compassion. No previous ERP therapy is needed.

It's led by Alex Habens, Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and Compassion Focused Therapist, and Dr Amy Ofield, Clinical Psychologist.

📅 Wednesdays, 7th October - 25th November
🕡 6.30–8pm UK time, online via Zoom
💷 £480 for all 8 sessions (£400 + VAT)
👥 Open to new, existing and past clients

Places are limited and offered on a first come, first served basis.
