A pristine mind, this is what you were born with.
The Buddha's words not mine. He said we're of "Buddha nature", with a pristine, and awakened mind.
Neuroscience studies in infant development suggest that we aren't born with a blank mind ready for the world to fill it in, nor primarily wired for competition, hate, and individualism.
We're born wired for love and compassion. So when we move away from it there's pain and dissatisfaction with everything we do, but we can find our way back to come to our true nature.
This isn't just a practice for quiet moments or meditation cushions, or when we close our eyes. This way back to ourselves should be practised in all areas of our life including work.
Somatic therapy aligns mind and body to help you to work through everything that's kept you from your true self, and to help your way back, to bring harmony into your life and relationships.
We take a compassionate approach to the self, through being objective to what comes up, accepting it as it is, and understanding its true context. The true context being that something came in the way of the love and compassion you're wired for.
If this resonates, I'd love to have a chat and explore how I can support you.
