after a long break from these squares i’m taking a moment today to feel deeply into my gratitude for this life, this path - this opportunity to share and serve. it is so easy to forget and it feels so good!
today i am grateful to all those who came before me and to all those who now share the path with me. may i make the way smoother for all those who will travel after me

spring equinox is here and we are in perfect balance between light and dark 🙏 nature is guiding us back to our centre, back to harmony.

yesterday i woke up SO excited to hold our Hara Healing // Rite of the Womb - Moon Circle ⭕️ I just knew magic was brewing ✨
and it really was...as Shimmering Light Therapies brought together all the elements of the circle - spiritually guided oil blends, crystals and tea for the Hara, our guided meditations - it became clear that the evening was to heal the divine feminine, not only in ourselves and sisters, our maternal ancestral lines, but also mama earth 🌍✨the mother who holds us all with her love 🧡
together with 13 goddesses, our intention was to release fear and pain, to step in fully to our power and creativity. to give birth to a new life for ourselves - our true selves 🔥
to all the goddesses who came - i loved waking up to hear how beautiful some of your experiences were. and that you made some new friends 👭 too ❣️
when we come together and really hold each other in presence and love, the most beautiful magic unfolds ✨we rise, we grow, we remember our innate power and we help others to do the same! ✨thank you all for helping me 🔥🧡🌊✨

the element of water is feminine - it can be soft, with gentle lapping waves or it can be fierce, breaking even the hardest of rocks in time. it is changeable - shapeshifting to fit different containers, flowing through different cycles and tides with the moon. it is She. it is Us.
we may adore exploring the water outside of ourselves in lakes, oceans, pools and even the rain. yet often we are fearful of exploring the watery depths within.
our blood, our tears, our deepest emotions - we are taught to hide, to ignore, to calm. but these are our sacred waters, the conduit for our powers of intuition feminine strength. from these sacred waters life, healing and manifestation flows. to deny them is to deny our essence.
dive deep into your sacred waters on this new moon 🌚 allow your tears to cleanse you, your blood to help you release and your womb to guide you 🌊✨
on friday 8 march (international womens day) from 7pm-9pm we will join in ⭕️ to collectively connect to the moon and heal our inner waters. still some spaces open if you’d like to join 💫

🌚⭕️🌝Our moon circles are back!!! 💥🙌✨ Shimmering Light Therapies and i can’t wait to share these offerings with you all again, starting with our Hara/Rite of the Womb Circle 🧡
Our moon circles are multidimensional healing events designed to help you deepen your connection to your Higher Self, Source and Mother Earth. Held across the phase of a new moon or a full moon, we guide you on a journey inwards through sacred spiritual practices, sonic meditations, crystal healing, essential oils and energy healing. You will be gifted with a spiritually guided blend and crystal to continue your work beyond the circle.
Our intention is to enable you to explore yourself with kindness in a safe and non-judgemental space. Through this self-discovery you may release emotions, limiting thought beliefs or situations in your life that are holding you back. Our aim is to bring you home to your inner peace and joy - to help you embrace yourself with love.
The first moon circles of 2019 focus on the Three Diamonds or Tanden points within the Japanese energy system. As we build light energy in these centres we raise our vibration and accelerate our spiritual growth. Together these three circles form a complete offering - working on the body, mind and soul - however, you are welcome to join us for just one or two :)
