A rhythm-led Pilates sculpt class where every movement is synced to the beat.

We’re keeping these classes intimate, so spaces are LIMITED.

These exercises are a Hill I’m willing to die on 🤷🏾‍♀️

Hip thrusts, Split squats, kickbacks, step ups. These will give you more glute growth than squats will.
