BEATS & BANDS IS TURNING 3!!! 🥹🎉🥂

THREE WHOLE YEARS! Can you believe it?!

For the FIRST TIME EVER, we’re throwing a Beats & Bands SOCIAL! 🥳

That’s right, no resistance bands, no squats, no burpees… we’re swapping the workouts for GOOD MUSIC, DRINKS & DANCING! 😂💃🏾

After three years of sweating together, I think it’s only right we get dressed up and celebrate together too!

A BEACON OF LIGHT 🥹🏆❤️

Last night, I attended the Black Women Rising Fundraising Gala and, received the Beacon of Light Award for my support and service to their charity.

Earlier this year, I had the pleasure of hosting a Beats & Bands session for their incredible community of Black women affected by cancer. My intention was simply to bring them together for some movement, music and, most importantly, JOY! ❤️

Moments like these remind me that what I do goes far beyond fitness.

Thank you blackwomenrising for this incredible honour and, more importantly, for the amazing work you do.

Never underestimate the impact you can have just by doing what you love. ✨
