These words mean a lot to me. It’s one of the reasons why I became a physio.

Maybe somewhere along the way, you accepted it. Maybe a professional told you nothing more could be done. Maybe you just got used to working around it. Maybe you stopped mentioning it because you didn’t want to be that person.

But pain that limits your life isn’t something to manage. It’s something to solve.

You don’t have to live with it.
