It's always wonderful to get an update from a patient. The biscuits were great as well!
Dear Mr Neil Bradbury,
Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon
The Princess Grace Hospital/Sulis Hospital Bath.
Re: Thank you & Progress Update.
I am writing to express my deepest gratitude to you and your fantastic secretaries for the care & treatment received during my operation 10 weeks ago.
My knee was completely damaged and in chronic pain for 11 years prior to my surgery. If it were not for your exceptional expertise, surgical skill, and the procedure you conducted, I dread to think what state my knee would be in today. I truly cannot thank you enough. I also want to extend my sincere appreciation for the patience you have shown me, and for kindly allowing my son to be present during our consultation chats - it made a world of difference.
I am very pleased to let you know that I continue to diligently complete my physiotherapy at home. Additionally I have been attending self-funded physiotherapy & hydro-pool sessions in London for the past five weeks, and I plan to continue there for many months to come till I reach a 125 Degree Bend and looking forward to seeing the slightly wider surgical wound stitch shrinking to match the other half of the thinner thread wound stitch line.
As a small token of my gratification & appreciation for everything you have done, I have popped a box of biscuits in the post for you, and your secretaries (nut free) to share.
Thank you once again for changing my life and giving me my mobility back. I’ll be in touch soon as discussed.
Kind Regards
