TWO LOCATIONS. TWO COURSES. ONE GOAL.

Yesterday was another busy day for Juliet Lima Medical Services, with our trainers delivering first aid training in two completely different settings.

James was delivering an FAA Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work course to staff and management at OXSRAD.

OXSRAD provides inclusive gym and leisure facilities that play an important role in rehabilitation, wellbeing and supporting their clients and service users.

Making sure the team has the knowledge and confidence to respond to a medical emergency is an important part of creating a safe environment for everyone who uses their facilities.

At the same time, another Juliet Lima Medical Services trainer was delivering a Qualsafe Awards Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work course at a private client’s home.

This time, the course was tailored around a family, giving them the skills, knowledge and confidence to deal with a medical emergency should one occur.

Whether we’re training healthcare, education, workplaces, community organisations or families, our aim remains the same:

To give people the confidence and practical skills to respond when it matters.

Two locations. Two very different groups of learners. One very important skill set.

And now that’s another full week of training complete!

6 days.
7 courses.
108 learners trained.

Across a variety of topics, settings and audiences, delivering both regulated and non-regulated training. A busy week, but a hugely rewarding one, helping more people develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to respond when it matters. Another week done. Another 108 people better prepared.

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE — THAT’S A WRAP!

Yesterday marked the end of a busy week of training across Buckinghamshire, working with some fantastic organisations and education settings, Working with Child Matters.

THURSDAY - Martin Audio

Training on behalf of Child Matters, delivering a ProTrainings First Aid at Work Blended Requalification course to staff.

A great day of refreshing knowledge, practical skills and keeping workplace first aiders confident and ready to respond.

FRIDAY - Crown House Prep School

We headed back into an education setting to deliver a Blended Paediatric First Aid course, combined with Emergency First Aid at Work, Training on behalf of Child Matters,

From workplace first aid to protecting children in education settings, it’s been another week covering a wide range of first aid training.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part this week, and to Child Matters for having us deliver courses on their behalf.

And just when you thought the week was over… we were back out training today!

Another busy week. Another group of people better prepared to respond when it matters.

A BUSY WEEK OF FIRST AID TRAINING IN SCHOOLS!

Tuesday and Wednesday this week, we’ve been out supporting Child Matters, delivering essential first aid training to large numbers of education staff ahead of the new academic year.

Tuesday – Woolgrove School Special Needs Academy

We delivered a Level 2 Award in First Aid to 24 teachers and teaching assistants, helping staff develop and maintain the skills needed to support their students should a medical emergency occur.

Working within a special needs setting makes practical, confident first aid skills particularly important, and it was fantastic to work with such an engaged group of staff.

Wednesday – Chepping View Primary Academy

We then headed to Chepping View Primary Academy, where we delivered Anaphylaxis Awareness training to 55 teachers, teaching assistants and support staff.

With Benedict’s Law coming into effect on the 1st September 2026, ensuring school staff are appropriately trained and current in recognising and responding to anaphylaxis is more important than ever.

That’s 79 education staff trained across two days! 👏

And our week isn’t finished yet…

Today we’re back out delivering a blended First Aid at Work requalification course, with even more training courses taking place throughout the rest of the week.

At Juliet Lima Medical Services, we’re proud to deliver practical, engaging first aid training that goes beyond simply ticking a compliance box.

Train. Prepare. Respond.

🏁 VMXdM 2026 – HAWKSTONE MX TRACK 🏁

This weekend, Juliet Lima Medical Services have been at Hawkstone MX Track in Shrewsbury, providing paramedic-level medical cover for participants and spectators attending the VMXdM.

And what a weekend it’s been, the rain certainly didn’t hold back! 🌧️

With the track getting increasingly wet and muddy, conditions have been challenging for both riders and the teams working around the circuit. But whatever the weather threw at us, we remained ready to respond and provide medical support throughout the event.

Across both days, we’ve provided cover across the event for participants and spectators, bringing our pre-hospital clinical experience into a fast-paced and physically demanding motocross environment.

We’ve been proud to work alongside Tiger Stripe Events Ltd throughout the weekend, supporting the delivery of safe and professional medical provision for the event.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in making the weekend happen — and to our team for braving the British weather and keeping the medical provision running throughout.

Rain, mud or sunshine, we’re ready to respond. 🚑

🌿 THAT’S A WRAP FROM THE SECRET GARDEN! 🌿

What a few days it’s been!

We’ve now completed the ProTrainings First Aid at Work course at our rather unusual classroom near Ascot. 🌸🩹

It’s been a privilege to deliver this training on behalf of Greenbox First Aid, working with a fantastic group of learners in a truly unique environment.

From CPR and AEDs to dealing with bleeding, shock, injuries and those unexpected situations that can happen in any workplace, the learners have worked hard to develop the knowledge, practical skills and confidence needed to respond when it matters.

And whilst we can’t reveal the identity of our host, we can say that this is a pretty special place — and certainly one of the most memorable training locations we’ve visited!

A huge thank you to Greenbox First Aid for trusting Juliet Lima Medical Services to deliver the course on their behalf, and to all the learners for getting stuck into the training.

Course complete. ✔️

Now… where are we off to next? 🚑

🌿 WELCOME TO THE SECRET GARDEN 🌿

This week, we’ve swapped the classroom for somewhere a little different…

We’ve been invited to a Secret Garden, near Ascot, to deliver a ProTrainings First Aid at Work course on behalf of Greenbox First Aid.

And what a location!

We’re delivering training for a well-known name in the world of horticulture — a company with an impressive history at the Chelsea Flower Show, including multiple wins. 🏆

But we’ll keep the identity of our host a little secret…

What we can tell you is that behind the beautiful gardens and incredible floral displays are teams of people who, just like any other workplace, need to be prepared to respond when something goes wrong.

Over the coming days, we’ll be putting learners through their paces, developing their knowledge, practical skills and confidence to provide first aid when it matters.

For us, first aid training isn’t about simply ticking a box.

It’s about giving people the skills, confidence and practical experience to step forward when someone needs help.

A huge thank you to Greenbox First Aid for trusting Juliet Lima Medical Services to deliver this training on their behalf.

And who knows… maybe we’ll let you see a little more of the Secret Garden later this week.

A great product from a great company!

Having the right first aid equipment available is just as important as having trained people who know how to use it.

These sports first aid bags from Aid on Assignment have been put together with real-world experience in mind, and not just a bag full of generic “fillers”.

If you run a football club, sports team or any organisation and need to make sure your first aid provision is up to scratch, definitely give them a look.

Quality equipment. Real experience. Better prepared.

That’s a wrap at the University of Oxford! 🎓🚑

We’ve completed an FAA Level 3 First Aid at Work course, delivered on behalf of Oxford First Aid Training, training staff from the University of Oxford.

We tried some new approaches on this course, challenging learners to put both their theoretical knowledge and practical skills to the test. The feedback from the learners was fantastic, particularly around the opportunity to apply their skills in realistic scenarios.

At Juliet Lima Medical Services, we don’t just want you to pass a course. We want you to leave with the confidence and competence to respond when it really matters.

But the week isn’t over yet…

Our Clinical Educators are also working clinically within the NHS this weekend, keeping our skills current and maintaining the real-world experience that we bring back into our training.

And next week? Another First Aid at Work course. 👀

We don’t just teach first aid, we practise it, maintain it and bring that experience into the classroom.

Juliet Lima Medical Services — raising the standard of first aid training.
