I am so sorry to share this incredibly sad news that Arno, whom many of you will know from both Flying Wild and the Zone Face Lift shop, unexpectedly passed away in his sleep on Friday. It is devastating news as he was not just a business partner with the ZFL Shop but a dear friend, the kindest and most honorable man.

The family has asked that no pictures of Arno be shared on social media at this time. We have paused both shops for 2 weeks while we digest what has happened.

Do you ever get the feeling that you are never doing enough?

Scrolling and comparison can definitely do that, I literally tore up and threw out my to do list this morning 🌅 it made me less productive and for the first time in years I woke up with a stress sinus headache. So I picked up my stainless steel spoon and worked these points and found that my headache quickly subsided.

Allergies can definitely be a factor and using a cooling tool to stimulate the sinus facial reflexology Bergman Method point just above the eyebrows and the occipital reflex on the inside of the eyebrow on both sides can help calm and restore balance.

Facial reflexology works quickly in a daily routine in the warmer months.

To try this without delay just pick up a teaspoon from the kitchen. You can use the back to gently work. These points being careful not to touch the eyelid. You can also hop over to the link in bio for our shop for the professional stainless steel Gua Sha spoon.
My favourite thing about facial reflexology is that it’s so accessible and simple to work a couple of points which can make you feel better.

Thank you 🙏 Dervla who just attended the in-person cranial reflexology bergman method course on Sunday. The results and response from clients is really powerful so if you’re looking for something new to add to your treatments this training is definitely worth considering.

What a fabulous day teaching facial reflexology and a lovely group. Day one complete and I’m looking forward to teaching you all tomorrow for module 2. It really is the best feeling ever to see everyone’s reaction to the treatment.
