Massage Blast Canary Wharf

Massage Blast Canary Wharf Sports injuries clinic, Muscular injuries that require effective treatment with a hand-on approach on the cause of the pain. Expertise and professional

Muscular injuries can be caused by sudden movements such as weight training at the gym which can cause muscles to overstretch and tear. Training for a marathon, cycling or a sport's events can also cause injuries to certain muscle groups such as hamstrings or quadriceps. However, not all the muscular injuries are caused by exercise. Sometimes, injuries can be due to high level of stress, lack of m

ovement during long hours at the work place, looking after small children, bad posture or any activity where muscles are pushed beyond their capability. At Massage Blast, we treat anyone with muscular pain or, discomfort. Massage treatments can prevent injuries from taking place and reduce the likelihood of them to re-occurring. We have now moved to Level 33, on 25 Canada Square. Same day appointments are available from 7am-9pm.

11 years ago, MassageBlast was incorporated in London.

What started as a passion for helping people recover, move better and feel better physically has grown into an incredible journey filled with thousands of clients, experiences, lessons and connections along the way.

I’m genuinely grateful to everyone who has trusted me and supported the business throughout the years.

From Canary Wharf to the City of London, it has been a privilege to help people with recovery, muscle tension, posture related issues, sports related discomfort and everyday physical stress.

This is also the beginning of a new chapter, with more educational content, recovery advice and muscle health tips coming soon online.

Thank you again for being part of the journey.

Here’s to the next chapter.

Tomorrow marks 11 years since MassageBlast Ltd was incorporated in London.

Looking back at the journey, I noticed an interesting repeating numerology pattern around the numbers 11 and 2 connected to both myself and the business.

Whether coincidence or not, I find it fascinating.

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout the years. Here’s to the next chapter

Marathon season is here!

Whether you’re gearing up for your first marathon or you’re a seasoned runner, it’s crucial to give your body the support it needs to perform at its best. One key way to prepare for the physical demands of running is with preventative sports massage.

There’s nothing like soft tissue work directly on the muscles to get them ready for the massive exposure during the run. It helps target key muscle groups, release tension, and even correct posture issues that could affect your performance, not only in your legs but across your body.

Often, we forget how important it is to pay attention to areas like your shoulders and chest, which play a vital role in maintaining a strong and balanced posture.

Don’t wait until after the race – get ahead of any potential issues with a tailored sports massage that keeps you injury-free and performing at your best. 💪🏃‍♂️
