✅ Fact

Pregnancy does increase your nutritional needs, but that doesn't mean doubling your portions.

Think more nutrients, not simply more food.

A varied diet containing protein, wholegrains, fruit and vegetables, healthy fats and the key pregnancy nutrients can support both you and your growing baby.

And if you're struggling with nausea, food aversions or simply don't know what to eat, talk to your Obstetritian.
