We specialise in pregnancy & infertility, female conditions, stress and digestive health. Do you struggle with your sleep on a regular basis?

Have you tried to improve your sleep hygiene?

Back in 2014 I wrote a blog post about 5 Ways to Better Sleep, and 12 years later the same basic principles are still what I would recommend today.

Just spent 2 days learning Nerve Reflexology with these brilliant women. Need to do some more learning and practice and hopefully this will be on my treatment list very soon.....

Thank you lovely ladies for supporting my online workshop ‘An introduction to Nerve Reflexology’ over these past two days.
I think they would agree that it was a full on learning process with lots to take away and make room for in their brain.

Calling all qualified reflexologists.

Did you want to train in advanced reproductive reflexology and fertility reflexology to work with all clients?

Would you like to do more to help clients who are trying to conceive?

Do you wish you could relieve some of the physical pain and emotional stresses these clients share with you?

Reflexology for Fertility training teaches a set of safe, proven tools and techniques to support women and men when they need you most.

We’ve trained over 700 practitioners globally to become Reproductive Reflexologists, with many sharing stories of successful client pregnancies as a result of treatment.

All our training is accredited by the the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).

I'm offering in-person training in London in 2 parts.

Next course dates are:

Part 1 - 13th and 14th June 2026

Part 2 - 11th and 12th July 2026

You can book for both parts or just for part 1 to begin with (booking part 2 at a later date).

If you've already done this course, then I've got dates for the in person speedy practicals too.
