Jess has 12 years experience of teaching/guiding yoga and has a warm and welcoming approach. Jess has been practising yoga for many years.

Initially studied Budokon in Miami and gained her teacher training certificate. Since then she has also trained in pre and post natal yoga, and kids yoga. SPARK Business Networking hosted its summer party in the warm weather amongst the beautiful surroundings of Riverhill Himalayan Gardens. Guests were treated to a glass of Pimms on arrival, canapés from Ashley of Birchs- Whole Good Food , and were given a flower garland and a fan to keep them cool.
At the beginning of the evening, the Robert Reid Jazz duo entertained guests as they mingled and then later on, there were big prizes to be won from an Ibiza retreat with YogiTribe, massage by Michael Sterling, day retreat and Soundbath by Aurora Garden of Soul, and a book of poetry and a card deck from Juliette | Embodied Intimacy, Touch & Relationship Expert.
As the evening drew in, the fabulous ROOBY 🎧 from Tonbridge brought an Ibiza sound to the event.
