Some things I have discovered recently….

The more you become into full expression, the more that some will be offended by your existence. We are mirrors for each other. Keep going

If people are willing to listen to gossip about you without knowing you, it says more about them than it does about you.

Keep friends that can meet you where you can meet them. They are gold dust

Your silence can be your grace….the truth always reveals itself in time.

Having love and compassion, regardless of where people are in themselves, we are all on a journey home. It doesn’t mean you have to engage.

Strong boundaries are self love. Integrity is self respect. Disengaging is self care.

We show ourselves our worth by who we allow to stay in our energy.

Love is infinite.

We manifest by letting go... 🌼

Sometimes we excuse people’s behavior by reminding ourselves that “maybe they’re going through something.” But then it hits us—aren’t we all? We’ve all carried silent battles, heavy days, and invisible wounds, yet that never gave us permission to hurt others. ✨

This is your reminder: kindness is still a choice, even in the middle of chaos. True character shows not in how we act when life is easy, but in how we treat others when our own heart feels heavy. 💭❤️

"A little reminder"

Don’t rush being in a relationship,
Wait until you find the man you deserve,
It’s easy to find someone who likes you or loves you,
but it’s not easy to find someone who truly mean it,
Someone who acts as a real gentleman,
Wait until you find someone who cares about your heart,
Someone who discusses everything with you,
Someone who respects you,
Someone who says sorry,
Someone who chooses you everyday,
Someone’s who is love feels like home not a battlefield,
Someone whose strength is in his kindness and not in his ego,

Wait for the real love that makes your nervous system breathe.. ❤️

Different Paths, Not Different Worth

Misalignment is often mistaken for rejection. When someone’s priorities do not match another’s, it can feel personal—as if their choices are a direct reflection of their disapproval. But people are not against each other; they are simply moving toward different things.

Life does not unfold in one direction. Some chase stability, others seek adventure. Some prioritize career growth, while others focus on relationships. Some crave solitude, while others find purpose in connection. These differences are not barriers; they are reflections of individual needs, values, and experiences. No two people are built the same, and no two journeys are meant to look alike.

Yet, when someone’s path diverges, it is easy to assume distance means disapproval. The mind creates stories—If they cared, they would choose the same things I do. If they valued me, they would prioritize what I prioritize. But people do not make choices based on others; they make choices based on themselves.

The world does not divide into right and wrong paths, only different ones. Growth is not universal; it is personal. What fulfills one person may not fulfill another, and that is not a sign of incompatibility—it is a sign of individuality. Expecting everyone to value the same things is like expecting every flower to bloom in the same season.

Understanding this removes the need for validation. It shifts the focus from why aren’t they like me? to why should they be? It removes the pressure of fitting into someone else’s expectations and allows space for authentic connection—one that thrives not in sameness, but in mutual respect.

No one is falling behind. No one is ahead. People are simply aligned with what matters to them. Some will walk alongside each other, others will part ways. But none of it is personal. It is simply life, unfolding as it should...
Be kind, always...

Are you familiar with the “Let Them” theory? I’ll tell you friends the more I grow the more I am okay with accepting the “Let Them” in my own life and relationships.

This is something that took me a very long time to learn. I used to tolerate a lot because I didn't want to lose people. But I learned the hard way if they were really my people they would never treat me like that. Don't make the mistake of being so understanding and forgiving that you overlook the fact that you're being repeatedly disrespected.

Let them be upset.
Let them judge you.
Let them misunderstand you.
Let them gossip about you,
Let them ignore you.
Let them be "right."
Let them doubt you.
Let them not like you.
Let them not speak to you.
Let them run your name in the ground.
Let them make you out to be the villain.
Whatever it is that people want to say about you, let them!
Kindly step aside and LET THEM.

The hard truth is they know how much they are hurting you. And they just simply don't care. They did it knowing it could cause them to lose you. And they did it anyway. People that love you care about how they make you feel. The end. Let them go.

There will be people that would rather lose you than be honest about what they've done to you. Let them go.

The lack of respect was the closure. The lack of apology was the closure. The lack of care was the closure. The lack of acountability was the closure. The lack of honestly was the closure. Let them go.

Make the decision to no longer sit at tables where you might be the topic when you get up. Let them go.

You can still be kind. You can even still love them deeply. But do it from the distance they created in their words and actions. Access to you is a privilege they have proven they can’t be trusted with. Let them go.

You don’t need to tell your side of the story. God already knows. Let God fight the battle for you. Let them go.

It’s taken me a long time to get here. Sleepless nights, countless tears, managing a range of emotions filled with anger, disappointment, confusion and deep hurt. Lots of self reflection, self preservation, deep prayer and seeking wisdom from those much wiser than me.

If you are struggling with this please know you are not alone. We will never understand why hurt people hurt people. But we can do the hard work to grow ourselves. Because healed people do in fact heal people.

Don’t you dare let them steal your joy.
Don’t you dare let them steal your light.
Don’t you dare let them steal your peace.
You are in control of that.

Hold tight to what you can control and release your grip on what you can’t control.

Let them go...
