My patients always leave the loveliest reviews! It's the little things I do that make all the difference, creating a safe, nurturing, and calm atmosphere. From soothing candles and soft music to heated couches and plush blankets, not to mention fresh water and mint tea. My goal is to relax you completely. I feel so fortunate to have a job where I get to create a peaceful space and hearing feedback like this makes it all worth it. 💛

🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️ “Run! Forrest! Run! …” Well, actually, it should be “Walk! Forrest! Walk!…” but it doesn’t have the same ring to it, 🤔 😅 but let me explain why…

In my practice, I frequently encounter joggers, not only for joint deterioration or foot problems but also for long-term health conditions that persist without improvement.

This also applies to individuals who overexert themselves mentally, constantly pushing their limits until they reach a breaking point. That’s why going a little slower is good. Taking time to listen to our bodies so we recognise when to walk, not run. It’s baby steps, but it keeps us going in the right direction.

Why did I become an acupuncturist? Well, I certainly didn’t come from a background of woo-woo crystals and sound bathing. I was a stressed-out ad exec, single mum of two and newly divorced when I hit rock bottom. My GP had helped as much as they could, but ultimately, the meds just put a plaster over what was really going on inside.

I was introduced to acupuncture, and within four sessions, I was back to feeling like my old self and, more importantly, able to find the strength to leave my job.

That’s when I decided I wanted to retrain as a practitioner to help people rather than sell them something.

I honestly believe acupuncture is magic! 🪄✨ And if that makes me a bit woo-woo, then woohoo! It’s true!

Salads can be a bit of a nightmare for those of us in the Chinese Medicine world. It's wild to watch how they can mess with the digestion of folks who believe they're making a healthy choice, yet still end up feeling sluggish and bloated without a clue as to why.

*Just a heads-up, I’m a trained acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine Practitioner, so I’m sharing what I’ve learned. If anything I've mentioned has you worried, definitely check in with your GP.

Infrared heat lamp treatment today on a patient.

Such a soothing session, afterwords my patient said “ I always leave looking and feeling rested, like I’ve just woken up from the stress of life” ❤️

While she was resting the needles reignited the fire and energy within her ❤️‍🔥

I love Chinese Medicine!

Message me if you’d like to know more.
