I wanted to go to Shanghai 10 years ago, in 2015, when the World Society of Plastic Surgeons, ISAPS, decided to hold its congress in this metropolis.
Unfortunately, the organization that brought together 40 thousand plastic surgeons ceased to exist. A commercial company managed it and a public organization could not withstand it.
But as usual, l'm living my dreams. And here they became reality after 10 years.
