A brief retelling of the fire behind our genesis by our founder

She’s a holistic practitioner — trained in Touch for Health and Reiki — and before Reset · Root · Rise grew into the three-day gathering it is becoming today, she was already doing this work quietly, supporting people one person at a time.

Last year, that work became a small pilot retreat. This year, the vision is growing.

This is her, in her own words, on why the gathering exists.

We’re not just selling a ticket. We’re offering permission to rest.

No agenda. No pressure to perform wellness “correctly”. Just space to breathe, explore what works for you, and be around people who understand why sometimes you simply need to stop.
