▫️Round 1
Push ups x15
Ball slams with 5kg x20
T-Rex pull ups x20
Russian twists x20

▫️Round 2
Diamond Push ups x15
Wall Ball side toss with 5kg x20 then repeat on the other side
Assisted knee pull ups x14
Kick outs x20

▫️Round 3
Push up with alternating 5 second holds x15
Overhead wall ball toss x20
Pull ups x10
Flutter kicks with 5kg ball weight, do for 30 seconds

Take 3 minute rest periods between sets
