The fundraising continues! 💗

Following the fantastic efforts shared from other branches recently, we're delighted to celebrate another incredible achievement from the team at All Care Thames Valley, who have raised over £1,000 for Breast Cancer Now.

From bringing people together to supporting an amazing cause, the team showed true community spirit and dedication throughout their fundraising efforts. Every pound raised will help support vital breast cancer research and provide life-changing support for those affected by the disease.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part, donated and helped make this possible. Your generosity and commitment are making a real difference.

Today, on World Brain Day, we're raising awareness of the importance of brain health and supporting those living with dementia and other neurological conditions.

At Clece Care Services, we understand that maintaining cognitive well-being is just as important as supporting physical health. Through compassionate, person-centred care, meaningful activities, social connection, and specialist support, we help people live well and maintain their independence for as long as possible.

The NHS highlights that activities such as music and singing, arts and crafts, reminiscing with photographs and memories, social groups, and spending time with family and friends can help people living with dementia stay engaged, connected, and improve their overall well-being.

This World Brain Day, we're recognising the important role that care professionals, families, and communities play in creating opportunities for meaningful connection and enriching experiences for those affected by dementia.

🍦☀️ Keeping Cool in the Summer Sunshine! ☀️🍦

The recent warm weather called for a special treat, so our North East Region was delighted to arrange ice cream vans at some of our Extra Care facilities for both our wonderful colleagues and the people we support to enjoy.

There were plenty of smiles, laughter, and delicious ice creams as everyone took a well-deserved break to cool down and make the most of the sunshine. Moments like these are a great way to bring people together, create lasting memories, and show our appreciation for the incredible work our teams do every day.

A huge thank you to all our staff for their continued dedication and commitment, and we're thrilled that our service users were able to join in the fun too!
