A facelift should never be planned in isolation.

Think of it like painting a door: if you only paint half, the untouched section will immediately reveal the difference. The same applies to the face.
A truly natural result comes from looking at the face as a whole - considering the skin, volume, contours and proportions, and how each area relates to the next.
