Peptides and exosomes are not the same thing. They play very different roles.

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that perform specific biological functions. Think GLP-1, which helps regulate hunger and appetite.

Exosomes are far more complex. They act as cellular messengers, carrying signals that influence how cells communicate, respond and repair. They are increasingly being explored for their role in healing and regeneration.

Both are important, but they are doing very different jobs.
