Learning new skills while enjoying my new sense of wholeness.

Living a life of enoughness doesn’t mean you stop growing.

Every day offers a fresh look at who you’re becoming and sometimes that looks like standing in your kitchen, pressing lemons, making limoncello from scratch, and thinking: when did I become someone who does this?

The subconscious doesn’t announce its upgrades. It just quietly expands what feels possible.

You are whole and a 100% enough, right now.
Not when. Not if.
Now.

Whole in your contradictions.
Whole in your becoming.
Whole in the beliefs you’ve chosen, the thoughts you’ve claimed, the relationships you’ve said yes to and the ones you’ve quietly, bravely, released.

No guilt.
No asterisk.
No footnote that reads: subject to review.

This is what authenticity actually feels like.
Not the curated kind, not the performed kind,
but the kind that sits quietly in your chest at 2am
and says: I know who I am.

I know what I think.
I know what I believe.
I know whose hands I want to hold and whose rooms I’m done walking into.

And I am not sorry.

I was always in survival mode. Always striving for a “Well done”. Always putting others first. Always rushing to say “yes” when I meant “No”. I would come home absolutely knackered…..but I had to tidy the house. Put everything in the right place because there was no one to help me. I didn’t have anyone to help me although I was always giving and saying to myself that I didn’t want anything in return. Well, this was a lie because I was hoping that if I give or do more people around me will love me and I will feel happy. Years went by and after a series of therapy sessions, I have discovered the patterns I had created as a child. And I eliminated them.

In the process I realised that clarity was the first step. And now I am giving it to you. I have created two quizzes- to give you the clarity I had to find through years of therapy. The first piece of support and a place you know that you are enough. A place you know that even alone , you deserve everything because you love yourself.

Now, I am selective of the people around me, I see patterns of behaviour everywhere.

My legacy? To show as many people as possible that they are enough as they are.

The moment I realised my conscious mind was only running 5% of the show, everything changed.

I had read every self-help book.

I had set the goals. Made the vision boards. Tried the affirmations, the journalling, the “just think positive” approach.
And for a few days? It would work.

Then the same voice would come crawling back. You’re not enough. You haven’t done enough. You don’t deserve to rest.

What nobody told me until then - what I had to discover the hard way — is that your conscious mind, the part doing all that reading and goal-setting and willing yourself forward?
It runs about 5% of your behaviour.
Five.
The other 95% is your subconscious. Programmed before you were seven years old. Before you had any say in the matter.
Which means all those intentions? Quietly vetoed. Not because you’re weak. Not because you lack discipline.
Because you were working with the wrong 5%.

When I finally started working at the root, not on the surface, that’s when things actually shifted.

Not just for me. For every client I’ve worked with since.

That’s what RRT does differently. We don’t manage symptoms. We go back to where the belief began, update it, and build from there.

Limiting beliefs can be rewired. I wish I did it earlier in life, but it is never too late to feel happy, whole and grounded! At peace…

You keep hoping this person will finally see you. This situation will finally go your way. This time will feel different.

And when it doesn’t, the crash hits hard.

But here’s what I want to tell you:

Every time you hand your happiness to someone else to hold, a partner, a parent, a friend, a boss, you are giving away the one thing only YOU can manage.

Your inner world.

Your nervous system has been trained to look outside for proof that you are enough. That you are loved. That you are safe.

It’s a pattern and patterns can change.

If you always feel let down, rejected, or you can’t figure out why you keep arriving at the same painful spot, this is why.

Your brain is running an old programme. One that was written before you even had a choice.

The good news? You can rewrite it.

Happiness isn’t something you find.

It isn’t something someone gives you.

It is something you build: quietly, deliberately, from the inside out.
