Acupuncture works with your body, never against it. It doesn’t suppress symptoms or mask what’s going on; it nudges your nervous system toward balance, encourages blood flow, and supports your body’s own healing capacity.
There is no “too much” acupuncture.
When you first start, you may feel tired after a session; that’s not a side effect, that’s your body doing exactly what it needs to do. Rest is part of the healing. It passes, and what follows is usually a noticeable shift.
It is one of the oldest systems of medicine in the world, and it has survived because it works. Not because it’s trendy, not because of placebo, but because when you support the body intelligently, the body responds.
So yes; acupuncture is only ever for good.
