Fix-Up was founded to promote healthy well being and rapid recovery for performance athletes and general exercisers alike. Having the correct combination of training and healing time is crucial to provide the optimum opportunity to achieve your goals. This is something I feel strongly about and as with everyone I notice the constraints of the modern day lifestyle when it comes to allowing the body

to recover. We are always moving. Impeding the natural recovery process and prolonging injury to the point where it can become chronic. Fix-Up was designed to provide a flexible and reliable form of recovery in the form of portable massage therapy. Imagine having the ability to have a time slot dedicated to full body relaxation, where you de-stress and heal after the strains of a gym or sports session. All of this in the comfort of a safe environment of your choice.

Running is good for your bones....it's just a shame it doesn't reduce the post run muscle soreness, but I guess that's what we're here for.

Great news all round.

While we need to exercise to maintain health, those at risk of weaker bones need to take up running.

Squat regularly! Do it at work and drag in your colleagues if you need to. It's not weird if everybody is doing it!
