The “5 things worth your money” trend is everywhere right now - but today, Dr Tatiana is flipping it on its head and sharing a few industry truths about the treatments, trends and habits that may not be the best investment for your face, skin or long-term results ⬇️⁣

1️⃣ Russian lips⁣
⁣
In most cases? A migration disaster waiting to happen. Lip filler should 𝘦𝘯𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 your natural anatomy - 𝗻𝗼𝘁 distort it, stretch it or change the character of your face.⁣

2️⃣ PDO thread lifts and fox eye lifts⁣
⁣
For many patients, these treatments promise a level of lift they simply cannot deliver. Results are often short-lived, expensive and not comparable to true surgical lifting or a properly planned multi-layer approach.⁣

3️⃣ Most skincare being sold on TikTok⁣

Be careful what you buy from a filtered, edited 20-second video. Many viral products have little evidence behind the claims, and many people promoting them are earning commission. Skin advice should be tailored to your skin - not TikTok Shop.⁣
