AUGUST PRIVATE YOGA OFFER

I’m back in London after a big summer adventure in Norway, and to kick-start August, I’m opening up five spaces for a very special private yoga introductory package.

Three private yoga sessions for £225!!!
Normally £450: just £75 per session.

Whether you’d like to:
• Develop a consistent yoga practice
• Improve your strength, mobility or flexibility
• Work towards specific postures
• Receive support with injuries or physical limitations
• Reduce stress and create more balance
• Explore yoga in a more personalised and focused way

Each session will be designed entirely around you, your body and your goals.

The offer is available to five new private clients only, and all three sessions must be completed during August.

Sessions can take place in Battersea, Chelsea, at your home, outdoors, online or at another agreed location.

Send me a DM with the word AUGUST to reserve one of the five spaces or ask any questions.

Payment is required when booking. My usual 24-hour cancellation policy applies.

Venue hire and additional travel costs may apply.

17 Day hike in the end, 366km through 4 National Parks!

It's been a wonderful summer break with lots of peaceful nature and even though our bodies are still aching and every yoga pose now hurts... It was worth it and we would do it again 🤣❤️🇳🇴

I’ve been thinking a lot about what it means to create space.

Space to move.
Space to breathe.
Space to land back in yourself when life has been asking a lot from you.

That’s really the heart of the retreat I’m hosting next month.

A few days away from London, from the usual routines, from the noise. With yoga, breath, rest, good food, nature, conversation, and time to remember what your body and mind feel like when they’re not constantly rushing.

This retreat is for you if you’ve been feeling stretched, tired, in transition, or simply ready to be held in a softer rhythm for a few days.

There are still spaces available, and I would really love to share this experience with more of you.

If you’ve practised with me before, you’ll know my work isn’t about performing or pushing. It’s about meeting yourself honestly, moving with care, and creating a little more room inside.

That’s what we’ll be doing.

After four years, my time teaching at Love Supreme Projects has come to an end.

This studio has felt like my London base for a long time, and it’s been a real privilege to share practice, movement, breath and quiet moments with so many of you there.

To everyone who came to my classes, whether once, every week, or somewhere in between: Thank you! ❤️❤️
Teaching you has meant so much to me, and I’m really sad I haven't been able to say goodbye properly in person.

A big thank you as well to the front of house team and the fellow teachers I’ve shared the space with over the years. So many small conversations, hugs, smiles, cups of tea, assists, chats before and after class, those things stay with you.

I’m not completely sure where I’ll be teaching next yet, but I’m open to new studio opportunities, covers, collaborations and private clients in London. So if you know of a space looking for teachers, or you’d like to practise with me privately, I’d genuinely love to hear from you.

For now, thank you for being part of this chapter. I hope our paths cross again very soon.

I didn’t expect to find summer vibes before my Greece retreat in June this year, especially after such a long, cold and grey winter.

But being here in Costa Rica has been such a gift. The warmth, the freshness of the food, and the chance to step away from the intensity of everyday life has felt incredibly nourishing. ❤️

After university, work, responsibilities, and everything life asks of us, it feels so important to sometimes pause, breathe, and allow yourself space to regroup and re-energise.

That’s exactly what I hope my Greece retreat can offer this June.

Clear waters, fresh food, wonderful heat, beautiful practices, and the space to be present, rest deeply, and reconnect.

There are still a few spaces available, and I’d love for you to join us.
