Thought provoking story in the news today, obviously my addition is a bit tongue in cheek but I firmly believe sports massage should be part of any fitness plan, not just a way of fixing yourself when you’ve overdone it.
Treatment for soft tissue disfunction as a result of injury, overuse, strain or postural problems, whilst boosting performance and reducing further injury.
