A cold dip in the sea was one of the challenges I faced on this journey - and I won’t lie, I was scared.

The water was freezing, my comfort zone was calling, and turning back would have been easy.

But I took the plunge.

Looking back, I’m proud of myself for embracing the discomfort and proving that fear doesn’t have to have the final say.

A reminder that growth often begins where comfort ends. ✨

A few years ago I looked at my life and thought, whose life is this?

I had done everything right. Career. Relationships. Responsibilities. All the boxes ticked. And I sat with all of it and felt completely empty.

So I did something that made no sense to anyone around me.

I went to France. Alone. With a suitcase and no plan.
And in the quiet space between who I had been and who I was becoming, I found something I had not felt in years.
Myself.

The real one. The one underneath all the performing and the people pleasing and the armour I had been wearing for decades.

That is The Undoing™. The second stage of The Essence Code™. The one nobody warns you about. The shedding of everything that was never truly yours.

It does not happen overnight. But it does happen. And once it begins there is no going back.

I went to France to live it. And I came back lighter than I have felt in years.

I am between homes right now.
No fixed address. No certainty about what comes next.

Living out of a bag. No routine. No certainty.And honestly? It is the opposite of hard. It is the most clarifying thing I have ever done.Because when you strip away all the structures you built around yourself, something extraordinary happens.
