Rebellious Essence

Rebellious Essence This is not about who you could become. It is about remembering who you always were. The moment she stops performing in her life and starts living it.

They tell you it’s too late to start over.

That you’ve missed your window.

That this is just how it is now.

That wanting more at this age is unrealistic, selfish, or embarrassing.

But here’s the truth nobody ever told us:

You’re not running out of time.

You’re finally starting from the right woman.

The version of you in your twenties didn’t know herself yet.

She was still becoming who everyone needed.

She was building a life from conditioning, not clarity.

But you?

You’ve lived.

You’ve survived.

You’ve gathered decades of raw material, experience, wisdom, resilience, truth.

And for the first time, you actually know who’s starting.

This isn’t “too late.”

This is the moment everything finally makes sense.

You’re not too old.

You’re not behind.

You’re not done.

You’re right on time for the life that actually fits you.

The most powerful half of your life doesn’t begin when you’re young.

It begins the moment you come home to yourself.

There’s a particular kind of magic in a friendship where you’ve both stopped performing.

No shrinking. No managing. No being “the easy one.”
Just two women, fully themselves, taking up all the space they like.

This is what’s on the other side of the work - not just knowing who you are, but being surrounded by people who get the whole of you and love her.

Rachael and I have watched each other come home to ourselves.
This is what midlife actually looks like when you stop believing the story they sold you.

Not fading. Not finished.
Free.

This is the Identity Rebellion™. Come and find your tribe.

Kinda chic to realise there is no rulebook for midlife.

You can move countries.

Change careers.

Start again.

Fall in love with a completely different version of your life.

Make new friends.

Book the trip.

Say yes to something that scares you.

Decide that the version of you everyone else knows… isn’t the final draft.

Because getting older doesn’t mean becoming smaller.

If anything, it can be the moment you finally stop living by everyone else’s rules.

This is your permission slip to make your life look however the f**k you want it to. 😉

Kinda chic, don’t you think?

The pain isn’t actually being “too much.”

It’s being told repeatedly, subtly, consistently that the full version of you is inconvenient.

It’s the pain of:

shrinking yourself so others stay comfortable

rationing your emotions, your voice, your needs

being praised for being easy, quiet, agreeable

learning that intensity equals danger

being told your ambition is threatening

being told your sensitivity is weakness

being told your passion is “a lot”

being told your truth is “dramatic”

being told your boundaries are “selfish”

It’s the pain of internalising someone else’s discomfort as your flaw.

It’s the pain of hearing “too much” so many times that you start believing it -
and cutting off parts of yourself before anyone else has to.

It’s the pain of living as a fraction of yourself because the world taught you that the whole woman was unacceptable.

And the deepest pain?

You don’t even know what the whole woman feels like anymore, because you’ve never been allowed to meet her.

That’s Identity Drift™.

If you’re ready to stop rationing yourself, come and join The Identity Rebellion™, where we reclaim the heart of your identity from the inside out.

Let’s be clear about something.
You were NEVER TOO MUCH
You were rationed.

Handed out in acceptable amounts your whole life, so everyone else stayed comfortable
Every time you made yourself smaller, someone else got to stay the same size.

Whose voice is it, really, the one that says you’re too much?

Go on. Say their name.

Because it isn’t yours.
You learned it. And anything you learned, you can unlearn.

There is a whole woman they never let you be.
We REBEL and say: Permission to BE ALL OF HER

Too much is exactly the right amount

When I look back, I didn’t think I was buried under conditioning.

I genuinely thought something was wrong with me.

I couldn’t name it. I couldn’t explain it. I just knew my life didn’t feel right anymore but I didn’t know who I was becoming either.

I was stuck in that in-between place where you’re no longer who you were, but you’re not yet the woman you’re becoming.

So I went searching.

Coaching. Reiki. Breathwork. Hypnosis. Tapping. Retreats.

I tried everything, thinking, someone must know what this is. Someone must have the answer.

But nothing quite touched that quiet ache. That restlessness. That feeling of being absent inside my own life.

I wish someone had told me then:
“There’s nothing wrong with you. You’re just buried under a life that doesn’t fit anymore.”

Because that’s what I eventually realised.
It wasn’t that I had lost myself.
It was years of conditioning.

Years of being who everyone needed me to be. Years of becoming disconnected from what I actually wanted.

And I wish something like this had existed for me back then.
So I created it.

I built the thing I needed so you don’t have to spend years searching for it like I did.
If you’re in that place right now… where something feels off, where you feel stuck, where you don’t recognise the woman you’ve become and you don’t yet know the woman you’re becoming…

There’s nothing wrong with you.
You’re not disappearing.
You’re in the in-between. 🤍
And you don’t have to navigate it alone.

They tell you you’ve lost yourself , like you misplaced the woman you were meant to become.

But you haven’t lost her.
She’s underneath thirty years of being who everyone needed you to be.
Layered under the roles, the expectations, the pleasing, the coping, the performing.

And now… something is stirring.
Just a quiet truth rising in your chest
the sense that something isn’t right, even if you can’t name it yet.

That feeling isn’t failure.
It isn’t a crisis.
It’s the first sign that the conditioning is cracking.
That the woman underneath is shifting, stretching, making space.

You haven’t lost yourself.
You’ve been carrying her all along.
