Harbo Therapies is officially back in action 💪

Over the past couple of years I stepped back while focusing on a new full time job in health care and adding a new addition to our family 🧑‍🧑‍🧒 but sports massage and recovery has always been a huge passion of mine and I'm looking forward to getting back into the swing of things in 2026!

If you’re training hard, feeling tight, sore or stuck with niggles — I’m here to help you move better, recover faster and train stronger.
