At X-4RCE we know that looking after your mental wellbeing doesn't always happen in a counselling session. Sometimes it starts with getting out of the house, meeting new people and doing something you enjoy.

That's why we are encouraging people to get involved in the FC26 tournament with Luton Comic Con. Whether you're entering the classic 11v11 tournament, the new 5v5 Rush mode or just coming along to soak up the atmosphere, it's a great way to de-stress, have some fun, nd connect with others.

Wow! What a night!

We are absolutely delighted to announce that we raised just under £5000 last week at our fundraiser!

A big thank you to Crawley Green Sports & Social Club for hosting us, Pauline and Geoff who planned everything, Luton legend Mick Harford and his lovely partner Sally for all the support, ForeverCol for his amazing performances, Dj Mitch Lewis for getting us all up on the dance floor and Ultimate Beauty Luton, Asda Luton, Jet2.com & Jet2holidays and all the other companies and people who donated prizes

Also not forgetting every single person who came in, supported us and donated. You're all incredible 😍

Adrees has joined us because he shares our commitment to improving men's mental health and believes in the importance of creating spaces where men feel supported, heard, and able to access help when they need it.
