Pain above the belly button that may spread through to the back is one of the most common symptoms reported by patients. While tummy pain is common and does not usually mean cancer, persistent or unusual symptoms should never be ignored.
If something doesn’t feel right for you, contact your GP or call NHS 111. Early diagnosis matters.
