Falls can often be prevented with the right advice, small changes at home, and support to stay strong, steady, and confident in everyday life.
Join our free Falls Prevention Talk to learn practical strategies on how to reduce the risk of falls and maintain independence for longer.
The talk will be delivered by Suzanne Parker, Extended Scope Practitioner Physiotherapist, Adult Community Therapy Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and will explore the STEADY ON! approach to reducing the risk of falls and helping people stay safe, confident, and independent.
