that’s why we design our retreats around the seasons, hosting experiences throughout the year that work with what your mind and body need, rather than against it.
Our summer retreats are about awakening. Early morning Pilates, sunrise walks, sea swims, fresh nourishing food and embracing the lightness, energy and possibility that longer days bring.
Our Cotswolds retreats are different.
They are designed to support the transition into autumn and winter. A time when nature slows down and many of us instinctively crave more rest, warmth and reflection.
Held either side of the festive season, they act as bookends to one of the busiest times of the year. An opportunity to pause before the celebrations begin, or reset afterwards and start the new year feeling grounded, nourished and connected to yourself.
Think cosy fires, beautiful bedrooms, warming food, mindful movement, countryside walks and the space to listen to what your body has been trying to tell you.
