As summer draws to an end, we enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea in our sensory gardens. 🌸☀️
Our residents enjoyed delicious tea, freshly baked scones and tasty finger sandwiches, while listening to some calming music and soaking up the warm sunshine. 🫖🍰🥪
It was a beautiful, peaceful afternoon filled with smiles, conversation and wonderful moments together. 💕

🌊🐚 Sensory Day 🏖️💦
Today we enjoyed a lovely sensory session exploring sand, seashells and water. Our residents enjoyed getting their hands into the cool water and feeling the texture of the sand between their fingers.
Sensory activities are a wonderful way to encourage engagement, relaxation and wellbeing, while giving residents the opportunity to explore different textures and sensations at their own pace. 💙
It was lovely to see everyone enjoying the experience and getting involved! 😊🐚🌊

A big thank you to Together Pet Therapy for coming into St Peter’s on Tuesday and bringing along a wonderful range of cuddly pets, including rabbits and guinea pigs, as well as some not-so-cuddly snakes and lizards! 🐰🐹🐍🦎
Our residents and staff had a fantastic afternoon meeting and spending time with the animals. It was lovely to see so many smiles and happy faces! ❤️

A huge thank you to all our wonderful family members and friends who joined us for our Summer BBQ today! ☀️🍔🌭

Our residents had a fantastic afternoon enjoying delicious BBQ food, singing along to our amazing entertainer, dancing, and taking part in the tombola and stalls. It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces and everyone coming together to make the day so special.

A very special thank you to our chef for preparing such a delicious BBQ for everyone – your hard work was truly appreciated! 👏

Thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, and helped make the day such a memorable success. We can't wait to do it all again next year! ❤️
