I started my Master of Research because I wanted Ayurveda to make sense.
I wanted to understand the why behind what practitioners have observed for centuries.
But working with patients taught me something unexpected:
Sometimes, the most interesting part of a consultation isn’t the symptom itself.
It’s what we notice when we slow down enough to listen.
A change in breathing.
An unexpected emotion.
A sensation that appears during treatment.
A story that suddenly surfaces.
I don’t see these moments as “proof” of anything.
I see them as questions worth exploring.
That’s the kind of Ayurveda I practise, rooted in traditional wisdom, approached with curiosity, and informed by a research mindset.
