✨ Let me (re)introduce myself ✨

Hi, I'm Becky 👋

I've had lots of new faces join me recently, so I thought it was the perfect time to reintroduce myself properly!

I'm a Pilates Instructor and Sports Massage Therapist, and I'm passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and take time to look after themselves. Whether it's through movement, recovery, or simply creating space to focus on your wellbeing, I love supporting people on their journey.

I'm also currently training in Facial Lymphatic Drainage, which I'm really excited to add to what I offer. I love learning new skills and finding ways to help my clients feel their best, inside and out.

A few random facts about me...

📚 I'm a huge book lover.
🏃‍♀️ I've signed up to run the Manchester Marathon in 2027 (I don’t run).
🍝 I'm a massive foodie and love trying new places to eat.
🥂 I would kill for a Hugo Spritz!!!
✨ And I'm a big believer that looking after yourself isn't a luxury—it's a necessity.

Welcome to the new home of Pure Body Balance — a space created with intention, calm, and connection in mind.

This studio is more than just four walls… it’s a place to move, breathe, reset, and feel your best. I’m so excited to welcome both familiar and new faces into this beautiful space and continue helping you build strength, balance, and confidence through movement. 🤍

All Pilates bookings at The Body Balance Clinic are now moving over to Gymcatch 📲
We’ll no longer be using Calendly for Pilates classes.
