🤔Are you ready to start gently moving your body?
🤔Have you ever thought about giving yoga a try?

This week our theme will be:
NEW YEAR DETOX YOGA 🧘🏼‍♀️ ✨

We will focus ️on:
🌿Letting go of what no longer serves us
🌿Stimulating organs and circulation with lots of twists to aid digestion
🌿Relaxing with a Cleanse and Clear Meditation
