😄 Target for Ishrat 😄

Many congratulations to the lovely Ishrat for achieving her target weight 🎉

Ishrat says:

I’m truly grateful for the positive changes I’ve experienced so far, and it feels wonderful to reflect on how far I’ve come. Thank you for all your support, encouragement, and motivation along the way. It means so much to me, and I hope that sharing my journey might inspire someone else too. ❤️

As part of her journey Ishrat made some simple changes to her food like swapping naan to rice, having more fruits and vegetables and increasing her walking.

Ishrat attended our weekly meetings where we celebrate success, share great ideas and plan for weekly challenges.

Now Ishrat feels amazing and we are all delighted for her 😆

✨✨✨TARGET FOR ISABEL✨✨✨

Many congratulations to the amazing Isabel Riley for reaching her target weight 🎉

Over 3 stone lost has transformed Isabel to a completely different person and her smile says it all 😄

Isabel joined our Slimming World group on crutches. Going through incredible pain she was determined to improve her health. She followed the Slimming World heathy eating plan and embraced activity working with her body gently pushing her abilities further and further.

Now Isabel is not only walking without crutches, she is actually able to play hockey with her daughter, something she never thought she would be able to do again 👏😆

Isabel was introduced to our group by her friend. Little did lovely Liz know what a difference that introduction would make 🤗

Well done Isabel, we are all so happy and proud of you 😍
