📍 WE'RE HIRING A MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST!
We're looking for a new receptionist to join our team here at The Range — a friendly NHS GP surgery in the heart of Whalley Range.
This is a front-of-house role with a back-office side, so no two days look quite the same. Out front, you'll be the first person our patients see and speak to — booking appointments, answering the phones, and helping people who often come to us worried or unwell and just needing a bit of patience and a kind face. Behind the scenes, you'll help keep the practice running smoothly. It's varied, people-focused work that genuinely matters.
You'd be working alongside a warm, supportive team in a practice that's proud of its reputation and the community it serves. We have a lovely patient population, and there's real satisfaction in being the person who helps them get the care they need.
👀 What we're looking for:
🔍A warm, calm and professional manner
🔍Strong organisation, juggling front desk and admin tasks
🔍A genuine team player who takes pride in doing things well
🔍Previous reception, NHS or customer-facing experience is preferred — but a strong candidate who can show us they're right for the role is very welcome to apply
🔍Additional languages are a real asset, given the diverse community we serve
